Advanced Stretching Massage Plus Percussion Tools (RTR)

Explore how to create advanced stretches, while combining massage and a percussion tool 

to increase flexibility, relaxation, and reduce pain and tension. 

We explore multiple modifications, from passive and active stretching to dynamic stretching, 

PNF and much more.

In addition to your table, linens, and lotion, be sure to bring your Percussion Tool, if you have one available to practice with,

&  wear comfortable easy-to-move-around-in clothes

· Towel for draping

· Massage Medium (Lotion, oil or gel)

· Bolster

· Face rest cover

· Writing utensil & paper for notes

· Water/snack/lunch
